Although my accent may not sound Irish, my Father totally was. He grew up in Co Laois on a beautiful stabled estate in Durrow/Daru (Irish for Oak) which I’m able to visit, breathing in the sites and sounds of what lies within me, awakening to the history that is so much a part of who I am, but slumbered for so long.
While delivering my in-person trainings in Ireland over the last 10 years I have gone through my own process of re-membering and reawakening, not just learning from some of the most highly respected of Irish teachers, but from the land, and what lies deep within my bones.
